Break it open and drop down to find a key. and find a cracked tile on the right side. Dodge them as you proceed to the other side of the room. This next room will have rolling orbs similar to the Eastern Palace. Before leaving the room, break open the tiles to let a shaft of light pour down. Press the button to drop a key on the darklight platform and make your way over to it.
Proceed upwards to the left, and note the cracked tiles near a button. You’ll see a platform to your left that is only visible in the darkness. One ray of light is already illuminating an eye, and you’ll need to destroy the debris blocking the other ray of light with a bomb or fire rod. When the bomb is set, dash to the platform in the middle of the room so you can ride it across. Return to the main room and bomb the blue switch on the left side. Begin by bombing the crack in the wall on the right, and collect the chest on the other side.
